Sales Associate

Christina Greene is looking for Sales Associates to help during the 2017 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain a consistent high level of customer service by developing excellent customer relationships
  • Approach all visitors and customers warmly, whether in your selling area or outside your selling area
  • Maintain readiness standards by ensuring a clean, tidy and welcoming selling environment
  • Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude at all times
  • Create a “WOW” in-store experience for every customer.
  • Greet and assist customers with a smile and positive attitude.
  • Participate in inventory management and organization. 

Requirements

  • Must be available Part time March 7 – March 26 .
  • Ability to work flexible hours and extended hours at times Retail experience is encouraged but not required.
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Self motivated
  • Socially savvy
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Possess amazing communication skills in both written and verbal communication.

 Internships 

Christina Greene is an upscale collection of artisan-crafted jewelry designed with semi-precious stones and inspired by her travels around the world. Based in Houston, Christina Greene is rapidly expanding and in search of an intern to assist us with our retail, wholesale, and marketing efforts.

We value all of our interns and go the extra mile to make sure you receive a learning experience that fits your career goals.  You will become extremely well versed in product knowledge. You will also learn how to work in a professional environment. 

Design Intern

Our ideal candidate has prior experience creating graphics and has a solid grasp on design concepts, comfort working with editing software (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe, etc.) Someone who has an interest in fashion and jewelry and is a plus!

Responsibilities:

  1. Creating graphics for newsletters, e-blasts, social media posts, online marketing campaigns, etc.
  2. Design print ads and layouts.
  3. Help edit product images as well as model images.
  4. Assist Christina and our design team with new collections.
  5. Manage e-commerce site so that it functions properly and all imagery is correct.
  6. Curate and photograph creative images for social media.
  7. Assist and plan social media content development.
  8. Plenty of additional opportunities in related projects.

What We Require:

  1. Strong communication skills.
  2. General knowledge of all Microsoft products.
  3. Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
  4. Creative and Flexible.
  5. Good integrity
  6. Willing to work after school during the week and occasionally on weekends.

Sales Intern

Are you obsessed with researching new brands and styles?  Do your friends look to you on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for the latest trends and designers? If so, then please consider joining the Christina Greene team as a Fashion Sales Intern.

Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and have exceptional customer service. Having some sales experience is a plus but not required. However, some travel to shows and events is required. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, track count inventory.
  2. Sales projection and inventory planning.
  3. Maintain and improve our e-commerce website.
  4. Researching new sales opportunities including events, tradeshows, and markets.
  5. Outreach to new stores.
  6. Assist in pricing future collections to be relevant and competitive in the current market.
  7. Work with our marketing team on how to best reach stores and customers.

Marketing/PR Intern

Are you obsessed with researching new brands and styles?  Do your friends look to you on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms for the latest trends and designers? If so, then please consider joining the Christina Greene team as a Marketing/PR Intern.

As an intern you will get to work with a variety of our staff, while working in the fast-paced luxury/fashion sector. Responsibilities range from administrative duties to out-of the- box thinking and planning. Our ideal candidate is someone who is very detail oriented and has strong organizational skills. Someone who is obsessed with jewelry and is creative and thoughtful when interacting with others!

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain the existing marketing calendar.
  2. Drafting press releases and outreach emails.
  3. Researching new press opportunities.
  4. Manage Social Media outlets.
  5. Assist Marketing Manger with branding the line.
  6. Plenty of additional opportunities in related projects based on Interns specific interests.
